The CPU supports up to 6 asynchronous channels and 1 Ethernet channel. A logical block has between 8 and 32 inputs or outputs. An analogue block has between 4 and 16 channels.

Standard LT160 have connectors with screw terminals.
The base is fixed by asymmetrical DIN rail mounting (EN 50035-G32 (32 x 15mm)) or by brackets for screwing to a grid or a plate.

Its connectors are subD terminals. The base is screwed down by brackets for screwing (M6) to a grid or plate.
Software uses and tools
Two different embedded kernels for two different uses :
* quick parametrable system with OPAL tool
* or IEC61131-3 PLC with Isagraf V3 workbench
OPAL tool
OPAL LT is suitable for installations with quick development and without particular computer competences.
The OPAL workbench allows you to set the product and activate preinstalled process functions and communication functions on asynchronous and Ethernet networks.
The OPAL script language allows to conceive boolean equations, numeric equations, time processes very quickly.
