Certification Provigis 2020: Responsible Purchasing Practices

LEROY Automation has earned the Provigis 2020 label, demonstrating its commitment to fostering balanced and sustainable relationships with suppliers. This label aligns with the Charter of Responsible Supplier Relations, supported by the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, and is based on ISO 20400 standards for sustainable procurement practices.

A Strict Policy on Mineral Sourcing

In the interest of transparency and ethics, LEROY Automation is actively committed to avoiding the use of “conflict minerals”.

3TG minerals (Gold, Tantalum, Tin, and Tungsten) may come from high-risk areas, such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where they can sometimes fund armed groups. To ensure a responsible supply chain, we have implemented strict measures: ✅ Support for the Conflict-Free Smelter (CFS) program, certifying conflict-free smelters.
✅ Close collaboration with suppliers to ensure full material traceability.
✅ Systematic rejection of conflict minerals in our products.

Our approach is based on transparency and human rights respect throughout our production chain.
