The Serial Link Gateway for Railway Systems (reference P_SLG_004) is an advanced bidirectional communication solution specifically designed for railway applications. Fully compliant with EN 50155, it is ideal for Train Control and Management Systems (TCMS) as well as onboard signaling systems in trains.

Reliable Communication Between Profibus and RS-422

This gateway ensures transparent data transmission between two fieldbus interfaces. By efficiently connecting a Profibus interface and an RS-422 interface, the Serial Link Gateway for Railway Systems facilitates continuous FDL (Fieldbus Data Link) frame transfer, ensuring smooth interoperability between serial communication networks and Profibus systems.

Compliance with International Railway Standards

Designed to meet the demanding requirements of railway environments, the Serial Link Gateway is fully compliant with EN 50155 for embedded systems and EN 45545 (fire protection for railway vehicles). This makes it particularly suitable for critical industrial applications where reliability and performance are paramount.
