Since 1998, LEROY AUTOMATION has equipped the electrical substations of Korail’s high-speed lines in South Korea with ACS PLCs. These PLC solutions are used to optimize the management of electrical infrastructure and ensure its reliability.
The integration of ACS PLCs also enables fault detection on the electrical lines, thanks to an algorithm developed by the Korean company DAHIA.
Substation control and fault detection on the Seoul-Busan line are now managed more efficiently with ACS PLC Version 21, enhancing the performance of the high-speed railway systems.
