Could it be both at once? GEM is a French acronym for « Groupes d’Entraide Mutuelle » (Mutual Aid Group). TERTIO is one of those GEM, an association led by and for adults affected by a disability resulting from Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Through the 12+months KHEOPS project in partnership with Cluster TOTEM, Marie, Flavie, Valerie and Mickael created artistic portraits of rail professionals. This was a collective experience to support professional integration and social inclusion, through a true humanism and solidarity project.
